- For its geographical location. Located on the west coast of the peninsula, away from the city and tourist hotels, and minutes from Teahupoo and its mythical wave. In addition its location in height, offers a beautiful view of the ocean, especially in the evening at sunset.
- For the originality of the bungalows. They are all different from each other, and built with local and natural materials. Some offer a kitchenette and beard-cue for family stays. Others allow for a more romantic atmosphere, with a more isolated location and the presence of a Jacuzzi in the bungalow.
- For the very large garden in which the pension is located. A small swimming pool, a swing and especially a very large space that will allow children to let off steam, without disturbing the calm surrounding the bungalows.
- For the quality restaurant of the pension. Every day you can enjoy a very good breakfast. In the evening you will find a menu offering local and modern recipes.  The restaurant is closed on monday and tuesday evening.
