- For its perfect location :Nearby, fabulous motus (small islets) with white sand beaches and plenty of fish, the surroundings of this establishment are home to a multitude of activities to be practiced in or near the water, such as kayaking or hiking in the middle of nature. At only 60m from the pension an access to the sea is available, for the passages in kayaks.
- For the equipment available :Te Ava Piti Lodge offers en-suite rooms with a touch of comfort. A kitchenette, set up outside, is at your disposal. You will be able to cook your meals (refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, saucepan, stove and dishes). Kayaks, lent by the owners, will allow you to explore the lagoon and to visit the small motu located in front of the pension, and bicycles, available free of charge, will allow you to walk in the surroundings and to discover the island.
- For the conviviality that reigns in this house.Kindness and great availability of Claudine and her son Baptiste, who will help you make the most of your stay in Raiatea. The reception is open every day from 06:00 am to 07:00 pm.
- For the simple but comfortable rooms :There are two rooms available : the "Tipanier" for 1 or 2 persons, of 13sq-m with private bathroom in the room, and the "Hibiscus" for 1 to 2 persons, of 11sq-m with private bathroom but outside of the room (just the corridor to cross).

Breakfast, with supplement, is available with supplement, and 2 options are possible :
The sweet one : coffee or tea or chocolate, bread, butter, jam, fresh fruit, milk, fruit juice, homemade yogurt.
The salty one : coffee or tea or chocolate, bread, butter, jam, milk, eggs, bacon.

For Lunch and Dinner: You will have the possibility to prepare your dishes in the outdoor all-equiped kitchen.
The nearest grocery store is located at 50m
Pay attention : the restaurant of the Villa Ixora, one of the best table of the island, is at only 100m from the establishmen

Te Ava Piti Lodge will provide you free bicycles and kayaks for your self-guided explorations.
For example, you can borrow kayaks to spend a moment at the Motu Ofetaro, to enjoy a beautiful white sand beach and a very nice snorkeling spot.

Tip: We recommend that you rent a car or scooter for a day in order to take a tour of the island, you will visit Raiatea at your own pace.
