GUESTHOUSE (BnB)
A BnB with a part located on the mountain side, close to all amenities, and the other on a private island with all the necessary comfort for a stay in autonomy.
Why you'll love this guesthouse :
- For the experience: The warm welcome and the discovery of the real local life of a Polynesian family.
- For its rooms and bungalows: Rooms in a large villa colonial style in the middle of a 400m² garden with trees, or bungalows located on the islet (2 hectare land) 20 minutes from the village then 5 minutes by boat from the main island.
- For its very good location: The main pension is located near the main village of Fare, close to shops and the beach.
You will find rooms (small or large), all air conditioned with private or shared bathroom, as well as a swimming pool.
Bicycles are also available.
And for a more authentic experience, bungalows located on the Tefarerii motu are available for rent, with everything you need for an independent stay.
Transfers to the main island (5min by boat) are provided free of charge by the pension, and kayaks are also available.
We are far from the standards of luxury hotels, and that is not what we are looking for in this guesthouse. However, the typically Polynesian bungalows will welcome you with the necessary comfort (note that they are not air conditioned).
On the main island, dinners are also possible, with additional charge. Snacks and shops nearby.
No lunch and dinner possible for a stay in a bungalow on the motu: the equipped kitchen, as well as the proximity of the shops will allow you to prepare your meals.
