Maitai Hotel "Lapita Village" is located near the village of Fare on the island of Huahine.
It is implanted on a ground of more than 3 hectares including a party bordered by the beach. Located in a slight retreat, the rest of the property consists of a vast expanse spread around a pond.
The restaurant, bar and pool face the lagoon and the Avamoa Pass. They open onto a beautiful white sand beach which gives access to a bath in the lagoon with crystal clear waters, ideal for snorkeling.
The sunsets are exceptional with a panoramic view of Raiatea, Tahaa and Bora Bora as a backdrop.
The category "Premium Lake" includes fifteen bungalows, built around a pond dotted with water lilies.
Seventeen other bungalows belong to the other two categories: 5 "Premium Garden" bungalows and 12 "Garden" bungalows are distributed in the background, with a partial view of the pond. They are surrounded by tropical plants with multicolored and fragrant flowers.
The reception is the junction between the lake and the lagoon side; a shop and a museum are available to customers.
Native medicinal plants and trees are an integral part of the landscape of the hotel's village, including food plants (taro, cassava, fafa, banana, papaya, vanilla) and ornamental plants.
