- For the seaside: The location is one of the big strengths of this villa, indeed beaches are rare in Raiatea… You will have the opportunity to enjoy a magnificent white sand beach, just for you!
You can, for example, explore the lagoon on a kayak or snorkel trip, visit the surroundings by bike (kayak and bicycles available on site for free), relax on the deckchairs on the beach.
- For the quality of the equipment: The bungalows have all the necessary equipment for a successful stay. Fitted kitchen, living room furnished with television, nicely decorated bedroom with en-suite shower room. The must is outside: A very nice deck, with a view of the beach and the lagoon, will welcome you for meals or for moments of relaxation.
Note: A barbecue is available on the beach.
-For the experience of a stay in complete autonomy: The location of the Neliza being 20 km from the city of Uturoa and 12 km from the village of Avera, a car is included with the rental of the bungalow, which will allow you to explore the points of interest of Raiatea such as the Marae of Taputapuatea, to take a tour of the island, or to go to the departure points activities (visit pearl farm, vanilla plantation…) or hikes The car will be waiting for you on your arrival at the airport, so it will also be useful to get to Neliza instead of taking a taxi
You can also go do some shopping for your meals, or discover the few tables of Raiatea.
- For its location: Located 23km from the airport and 20km from the main town of Uturoa, the property is set in a beautiful and large flowered garden of 1800m2 by the lagoon ( lagoon 5m from the bungalow), so you can enjoy swimming and kayaks for beautiful walks in Polynesian waters.
The Neliza Beach Lodge does not offer a restaurant service on site, but an equipped kitchen is at your disposal so that you can be completely independent if you wish. You can go to the supermarket in Uturoa, located 20 km from the accommodation (on the road to the airport).
Less distant, you will find a mini-market in Avera (distance: 10 km).
The nearest restaurants or snacks are about 5km north or 3km south of the island.
