My wife and I want to thank you for a well organized vacation. The organization of the itinerary is the best I have seen. It was very clear what was happening each day.

The greeters did a great job picking us up at the airport. All of the activities went as planned. Each of the companies that provided the activities really went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. The lagoon boat tour in Bora Bora was run by a family that really tried their best, including guitar and singing on the ride home.

The hotels were great. I was happy about the order of the hotels we stayed at. Each time I was more impressed.

My only complaint is that the Intercontental Bora Bora Thalasso raises the Air Conditioning temperature overnight. The ceiling fan has a motion detector in the room and turns off overnight as well. After awaking in sweat at 1am, we had maintenance come by twice to the room and verified that the thermostat was set for 19 C., but the room was at 24 C. We complained to the hotel, but they could not explain the situation.

Overall, we had a great time and really want to thank you for putting this vacation together for us.
