International flights operated by AIR TAHITI NUI - Luggage allowance:


Flying in Economy class, you're allo:wed to one check-in luggage (max weight = 23kg) + 1 carry on luggage per person.
Flying in Business class, you're allowed to two check-in luggage (max weight = 32kg each) + 1 carry on luggage per person.
All information regarding the airline and your flights (check-in terminal, entertainment on board...) will be communicated to you by one of our travel consultant.

Inter Island flights operated by AIR TAHITI - Luggage allowance:


You're allowed to maximu m 3 check-in luggages (max weight of 23kg in total for all check-in luggages) + 1 carry on luggage per person.
The schedule of your all your inter island flights will be sent to you by your personal travel consultant after your booking. You'll be able to select the flights you want, based on the flights availabilities.

Transfers from Airports to your selected Hotels/Guest houses/Cruises/Villas:


We take care of planning all your transfers from/to airports or for your activities in the islands for you! The exact planning of these will be communicated to you by one of our travel consultants
Your round trip transfers (by minibus or by boat) from the different Airports or Piers to your resorts will be booked in accordance to your international, inter-island flights or ferry schedule, these will be operated by our transportations companies on Tahiti and Moorea Island and by the selected resorts on the others islands.
A representative of our transportation company or the resort will wait for you at your arrival at the Airport, holding a signage with your names written on it, to transfer you to your hotel.

Payment options: Low deposit payment
To confirm your booking you have to pay only a deposit of $300 or 300 Euros per person. A second payment may be required to issue your international flights e-tickets, this information will be given to you by our Travel Consultants at the time of booking. Full payment is required 45 days prior the departure date.
This payment option is only available for reservations made for departures 45 days or more in advance and reservations with total amount equal or more then $1.200 or 1.000Euros otherwise full payment will be required at the time of booking.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or wire transfer. Payment by Credit Card may attract fees from your Credit Card company.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION

AIR:
INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS E-TICKETS:
Your e-tickets will be sent to you by e-mail max. 15 days after the payment of your flights.
Print and present your e-tickets along with your passports at the Air Tahiti Nui Check In Counters to check-in your flights.
Please ensure the passenger's names are correct AS THEY APPEAR ON THEIR PASSPORTS. Name changes resulting in the reissuing of tickets will incur a fee from the airline.

INTER ISLAND FLIGHTS E-TICKETS:
The electronic copies of your e-tickets will be sent to you by e-mail max. 30 days prior to the beginning of your vacation or max. 15 days after the total payment of your booking, which ever comes first.
These e-tickets in paper version will be given to you at your arrival at Tahiti Faa'a Airport by our representative if you'have booked a meet & greet with us.
Present your e-tickets along with your passports at the Air Tahiti/Air Moorea Check In Counters to check-in your flights.

HOTEL ROOMS, TRANSFERS, ACTIVITIES:
Vouchers
electronic copies (in PDF Format) for hotels/transfers/activities: will be sent to you by e-mail max. 30 days prior to the beginning of your vacation or max. 15 days after the total payment of your booking, which ever comes first.
These vouchers in paper version will be given to you at your  arrival at Tahiti Faa'a Airport by our representative if you've booked a transfer at your arrival at Tahiti Airport with easyTahiti.com. Otherwise you'll have to print the vouchers yourself.
Present your vouchers to each corresponding supplier in exchange of their services.

DETAILED ITINERARY:
Your detailed itinerary (including pickup location and time of all your transfers/activities) e-tickets will be sent to you by e-mail max. 30 days prior to the beginning of your vacation or max. 15 days after the total payment of your booking, which ever comes first.

CANCELLATIONS, MODIFICATIONS & REFUNDS

If your plans need to be changed, postponed or cancelled you will need to contact easyTahiti.com as soon as possible.

FLIGHTS FROM UNITED STATES TO TAHITI: Anytime, USD150 if rebooked in the same class of booking and the itinerary is not modified except for the dates of travel.  If booking is not in the same class, passenger pays change fee plus fare difference of booking classes. Please note that these fees are taken by the airline, the easyTahiti.com modification fees will apply on top of these.

INTER-ISLAND AIRLINE - AIR TAHITI MODIFICATION FEES:


Terms and conditions for Pass and Extension fares. If your ticket has not yet been issued, please contact us to modify or cancel your booking.
Once your ticket is paid for and issued: Change of flight time or date with no itinerary update: no fees.
Itinerary change: 17 € or approx. USD 20.00 or approx. AUD/NZD/CAD 25.00  (one time fee per booking changed)
The changes must be made under the conditions of use of the Pass purchased.

INTER-ISLAND AIRLINE - AIR TAHITI CANCELLATION FEES:


Before arriving in French Polynesia, fees applied as follows: €17 or approx. USD 20.00 or approx. AUD/NZD/CAD 25.00 per coupon (per flight included in the pass, if your inter island pass includes 3 flights (or coupons) you'll be charged €51 or approx. USD 60.00 or approx. AUD/NZD/CAD 75.00 per ticket)
With a maximum amount of €67 or approx. USD 80.00 or approx. AUD/NZD/CAD 100.00 per passenger .
After departure of first flight of the pass, inter island pass cannot be refunded, even in part.

HOTELS, GUEST HOUSES, CRUISES, VILLAS & ACTIVITIES MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION FEES

GUARANTED PRICE:

The price of your travel arrangements displayed at the time of booking in Dollars or Euros is guaranteed against any currency fluctuation. The total price of your booking in Dollars or Euros will NOT change between the date of the deposit payment and the date of the final payment.

PRICES – Inclusions
Prices include all taxes and surcharges except the city tax approx.: 190XPF or €1.2 or $1.4/day/pers collected directly by your hotel, cruise, villa or guest house, this tax is not included in your booking.

All our prices are posted in the local currency appropriate to the international departure gateway for the requested travel.
PAYMENTS CAN BE DONE IN USD, AUD, NZD, EURO ONLY BY WIRE TRANSFER, please note that any fee incuring from the wire transfer will be at the customer's charge.
PAYMENTS BY CREDIT CARD WILL BE DONE IN FRENCH PACIFIC FRANCS IN ALL CASES EVEN THOUGH PRICES ARE DISPLAYED IN ANOTHER CURRENCY ON THE EASYTAHITI.COM WEBSITE. Payment will occur in French Pacific Francs (XPF), taking in account the daily exchange rate from the Bank of Tahiti.

    We cannot stress to importantly the importance of travel insurance in order to avoid unnecessary expense in the case whereby unforeseen circumstances force cancellation or changes to your plans.

    INVOLUNTARY PROGRAM CHANGES

    easyTahiti.com will employ best endeavours to notify you of any flight schedule changes prior to your affected departure[s]. If the change[s] result in your vacation arrangements costing more or mean significant changes to the confirmed standard, style or duration, you can ask for further modification, or a complete cancellation with a refund [less any charges levied by Suppliers]. Please note that changes cannot be advised in those cases where you have reserved flights directly with an airline.

    In the unlikely event that during your travel one of the contracted suppliers are unable to supply some or all of the product reserved and paid for, easyTahiti.com will provide either an acceptable replacement product without supplementary cost, or a full refund of the value of the product purchased.

    AIR TRAVEL

    Air travel punctuality is generally excellent, however weather conditions and other issues can and do arise with the result being a delay. In order to avoid inconvenience and disappointment, we recommend that where possible you decide upon a problem that allows for some leeway or flexibility in your travel plans, and most importantly, that you purchase insurance to cover any financial impact.

    It is suggested and recommended that you check on the individual airlines that you have reserved to travel with for their specific conditions. This is very important as an airline will not incur responsibility or liability to any person named in the booking aside from that liability which it may incur as a carrier, which will be set out in the carrier's conditions of carriage.     OUR ROLE

    Whilst our company carefully designs and delivers a range of tailored vacations, easyTahiti.com is neither an air carrier, nor a land transport operator, nor an accommodation provider, nor an excursion, event or activity contractor. easyTahiti.com acts only as an intermediary service and aggregator of the product from the companies providing these services.

    The services that we supply consist solely of designing, arranging and coordinating travel, activity, events, and accommodation products and services. This involves making reservations, issuing the appropriate tickets and vouchers to, and behalf of, clients for the provision of products and services provided by various suppliers and partners.

    We undertake to undertake and perform these services with reasonable care and skill. However, in the event that we do not meet that undertaking, and to the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage whatsoever (including liability for negligence) that may arise in connection with our performance of these services.

    The standards presented for the accommodation and other services are based on various factors, and should be treated as a guide only easyTahiti.com makes no representation or warranty whatsoever as to the provision of any service of which we are not the product or service supplier.

    easyTahiti.com cannot and does not accept any liability of whatever nature for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of any product or service supplier in connection with your vacation arrangements pursuant to a contract between them and you (which may be evidenced in writing by the issue of a ticket, voucher, coupon or any such other document electronic or physical alike) and over whom we have no direct or exclusive control.

    Where for any reason, a product or service supplier is unable to provide any particular product or service, then that product or service supplier may be entitled, under the terms of its contract with us, to substitute comparable or equivalent facilities or services without incurring any liability to you.

    FORCE MAJEURE

    easyTahiti.com will not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events which are beyond our control including, but not limited to terrorism, war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, pandemics, epidemics, acts of God, acts of Government or any other authorities, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action.

    INDEMNIFICATION

    You agree to defend and indemnify us, our representatives, agents, employees, directors, and officers from any claim, cause of action, or demand, in any action filed or commenced by a third party against us as a result of your breach of the terms or the documents made part of these Booking Conditions, your violation of any law or right of a third party, or the use of our website.

    LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    If we are liable for any loss or damage arising in connection with our offer or supply of services to you, and by law that liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited to the supply of the product or services to you again or payment of the cost of supplying the product or services to you again.

Each person travelling is required to carry a valid passport (with six months validity) at all times. It is important that you have the correct immigration details for entry to Tahiti (French Polynesia) and any other country that you may visit en route. Visa and entry requirements can change – make sure that you check within at most the 30 days prior to travel.

    easyTahiti.com cannot be held responsible in any manner for any events, problems, cost or inconvenience as a result of incorrect personal documentation, or the non-acceptance of individuals as may be decided by immigration authorities at the various borders visited or transited during your travel.

    We want to do all possible to ensure that your plans advance as organised in advance. However, things can and do change and It is therefore essential that you provide easyTahiti.com with a telephone number or other contact method for where you can be reached within the 24 hours before your departure base. EasyTahiti.com cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred due to missed flights or other.

You irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the appropriate French Polynesian Tribunal or Court.
