Welcome to the easyTahiti.com website (the "Website"). This Website is provided solely to assist customers in gathering travel information, determining the availability of travel-related goods and services, making legitimate reservations or otherwise transacting business with travel suppliers, and for no other purposes. The person who undertakes and pays any booking shall be deemed to have accepted the easyTahiti.com Booking Conditions on behalf of all persons named and included in the booking.
This Website is offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions, and notices set forth below (collectively, the "booking conditions "). By accessing or using this Website in any manner, you agree to be bound by the Agreement. Please read the Agreement carefully. If you do not accept all of these terms and conditions, please do not use this Website. Be sure to return to this page periodically to review the most current version of the Agreement. We reserve the right at any time, at our sole discretion, to change or otherwise modify the Agreement without prior notice, and your continued access or use of this Website signifies your acceptance of the updated or modified Agreement. All communications from us will be sent to the email address you provide to us at the time you make your booking.

Minors (as defined in the applicable jurisdiction) are not permitted, or allowed to: register to use, use, or purchase any product or vacation arrangements from this website. In the event that a minor does purchase a product or arrangements on this website with an adult's credit card, the adult will be deemed to have purchased the product or arrangements.


PRICES & PAYMENT CONDITIONS

PRICES & PAYMENT

All our prices are posted in the local currency appropriate to the international departure gateway for the requested travel. YOU HEREBY ACCEPT THAT YOUR PAYMENT WILL BE DONE IN FRENCH PACIFIC FRANCS IN ALL CASES EVEN THOUGH PRICES ARE DISPLAY IN ANOTHER CURRENCY ON THE EASYTAHITI.COM WEBSITE. Prices are constantly updated and verified against fluctuations at the time of actual purchase.

The package price for travel and vacation arrangements varies depending on the date of departure; this is due to a wide variety of factors including the available fare categories on the airline(s) concerned, as well as seasonal pricing variances for land arrangements.

PAYMENT –Conditions

For all reservations made within 45 days for departure, the full amount will be immediately due for payment at the time of booking.

For reservations made for departures 45 days or more in advance, an immediate payment at the time of booking equally not less than 35% of the total is required. The remainder then is payable at 45 days prior to departure. Payment is considered effected only once easyTahiti.com has received bank confirmation of a successful transaction. In any case where a payment is not honoured by the bank easyTahiti.com will automatically consider the travel cancelled, and therefore all arrangements will be cancelled, and all due charges and costs will be deducted from any payments received.

PRICES – Inclusions
Prices include taxes and surcharges that are applicable to the products sold and specified on your invoice. 

PRICES - What is not included
Any component not specified or included in your confirmed easyTahiti.com itinerary, passports/visas & associated costs, and airport/port &/or departure charges/taxes may not be included in the price.
Personal items such as laundry, transport [outside of that specified & included], telephone calls, excess baggage charges, personal travel and baggage insurance, postage/courier, drinks, room service or meals [outside of that specified & included].
Please note that our pricing cannot and does not include those taxes and charges imposed directly for airport departure fees and the like – these must be paid directly by clients as required by the various competent authorities.

PRICES - Child Policies

Today’s policies for the ages at which a child is legally considered a child can differ considerably between suppliers – in most cases an airline considers anyone 12 years and older as an adult, whereas in some accommodation or activities the age for children can fluctuate, where possible this is stipulated in promotional and information material. If you have any queries in this regard, please contact us directly.

PRICE VARIATIONS & MODIFICATIONS
The price of your vacation arrangements as outlaid on the confirmation is not guaranteed until full payment is received by us.
Once you have fully paid your arrangements easyTahiti.com will guarantee the price against currency fluctuations and airfare increases.
Please note that any product or component of your vacation arrangements that is either ‘on request’ or ‘waitlisted’ cannot generally be paid for until it is confirmed.
Cancellations, Modifications and Refunds
If your plans need to be changed, postponed or cancelled you will need to contact easyTahiti.com as soon as possible.

MODIFICATIONS CHARGES & FEES

Early notice of any changes will assist in making sure that we can contact suppliers on your behalf to ensure that any applicable financial penalties are kept at the minimum levels possible. Where you need to modify any or all components of your arrangements, these will attract a service fee from easyTahiti.com as outlined below. These costs are in addition to the various policies enforced by each individual product and service supplier (please note that the currency utilised is that which corresponds to your international gateway of departure):

- More than 45 days prior departure : €60.00 or 95USD or 100AUD or 125NZD or 7500XPF per person
- 45 days or less prior departure : €120.00 or 180USD or 200AUD or 250NZD or 15000XPF per person

Please note that a "change or amendment" refers to any alteration made to any component of your confirmed vacation arrangements.  Regrettably, no refund is available for amendments or cancellations once your travel program has commenced.

CANCELLATION CHARGES & FEES

Where you need to cancel your vacation, these will attract a service fee from easyTahiti.com as outlined below. These costs are in addition to the various policies enforced by each individual product and service supplier (please note that the currency utilised is that which corresponds to your international gateway of departure):

- More than 45 days prior departure : €100.00 or 155USD or 160AUD or 200NZD or 12000XPF per person
- 45 days to 7 days prior departure : €200.00 or 310USD or 320AUD or 400NZD or 24000XPF per person
- 7 days or less prior departure or no-show at departure flight : 100% of the total package price.

IMPORTANT
The fees outlined above are IN ADDITION TO those costs that the various product suppliers such as airlines and accommodators levy. These vary between all products, and we cannot stress to importantly the importance of travel insurance in order to avoid unnecessary expense in the case whereby unforeseen circumstances force cancellation or changes to your plans.

INVOLUNTARY PROGRAM CHANGES

easyTahiti.com will employ best endeavours to notify you of any flight schedule changes prior to your affected departure[s]. If the change[s] result in your vacation arrangements costing more or mean significant changes to the confirmed standard, style or duration, you can ask for further modification, or a complete cancellation with a refund [less any charges levied by Suppliers]. Please note that changes cannot be advised in those cases where you have reserved flights directly with an airline.

In the unlikely event that during your travel one of the contracted suppliers are unable to supply some or all of the product reserved and paid for, easyTahiti.com will provide either an acceptable replacement product without supplementary cost, or a full refund of the value of the product purchased.

AIR TRAVEL

Air travel punctuality is generally excellent, however weather conditions and other issues can and do arise with the result being a delay.  In order to avoid inconvenience and disappointment, we recommend that where possible you decide upon a problem that allows for some leeway or flexibility in your travel plans, and most importantly, that you purchase insurance to cover any financial impact.
It is suggested and recommended that you check on the individual airlines that you have reserved to travel with for their specific conditions. This is very important as an airline will not incur responsibility or liability to any person named in the booking aside from that liability which it may incur as a carrier, which will be set out in the carrier's conditions of carriage. TAHITI ONE TRAVEL is a Tahiti-based licensed travel agent and tour operator licenced  (n°0029/MTE dated 7 March 2007) by the government of French Polynesia under law n°87-138 AT dated 23 December 1987, under application of amendment n°80CM dated 28 January 1988.
TAHITI ONE TRAVEL holds professional indemnity insurance cover through Generali Assurances, Papeete, Tahiti.

OUR ROLE

Whilst our company carefully designs and delivers a range of tailored vacations, easyTahiti.com is neither an air carrier, nor a land transport operator, nor an accommodation provider, nor an excursion, event or activity contractor. easyTahiti.com acts only as an intermediary service and aggregator of the product from the companies providing these services.

The services that we supply consist solely of designing, arranging and coordinating travel, activity, events, and accommodation products and services. This involves making reservations, issuing the appropriate tickets and vouchers to, and behalf of, clients for the provision of products and services provided by various suppliers and partners.
We undertake to undertake and perform these services with reasonable care and skill. However, in the event that we do not meet that undertaking, and to the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage whatsoever (including liability for negligence) that may arise in connection with our performance of these services.
The standards presented for the accommodation and other services are based on various factors, and should be treated as a guide only easyTahiti.com makes no representation or warranty whatsoever as to the provision of any service of which we are not the product or service supplier.
easyTahiti.com cannot and does not accept any liability of whatever nature for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of any product or service supplier in connection with your vacation arrangements pursuant to a contract between them and you (which may be evidenced in writing by the issue of a ticket, voucher, coupon or any such other document electronic or physical alike) and over whom we have no direct or exclusive control.
Where for any reason, a product or service supplier is unable to provide any particular product or service, then that product or service supplier may be entitled, under the terms of its contract with us, to substitute comparable or equivalent facilities or services without incurring any liability to you.

FORCE MAJEURE

easyTahiti.com will not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events which are beyond our control including, but not limited to terrorism, war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, pandemics, epidemics, acts of God, acts of Government or any other authorities, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend and indemnify us, our representatives, agents, employees, directors, and officers from any claim, cause of action, or demand, in any action filed or commenced by a third party against us as a result of your breach of the terms or the documents made part of these Booking Conditions, your violation of any law or right of a third party, or the use of our website.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

If we are liable for any loss or damage arising in connection with our offer or supply of services to you, and by law that liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited to the supply of the product or services to you again or payment of the cost of supplying the product or services to you again.

THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES PUBLISHED ON THIS WEBSITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR ERRORS, INCLUDING PRICING ERRORS. IMMIGRATION REGULATIONS
You are responsible for obtaining any required visa and other travel documents, including all exit, entry, health and other documents required by laws, regulations, orders, demands or requirements of the countries visited or transited. Each person travelling is required to carry a valid passport (with six months validity) at all times. It is important that you have the correct immigration details for entry to Tahiti (French Polynesia) and any other country that you may visit en route. Visa and entry requirements can change – make sure that you check within at most the 30 days prior to travel.
easyTahiti.com cannot be held responsible in any manner for any events, problems, cost or inconvenience as a result of incorrect personal documentation, or the non-acceptance of individuals as may be decided by immigration authorities at the various borders visited or transited during your travel.

Pre-departure contact
We want to do all possible to ensure that your plans advance as organised in advance. However, things can and do change and It is therefore essential that you provide easyTahiti.com with a telephone number or other contact method for where you can be reached within the 24 hours before your departure base. EasyTahiti.com cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred due to missed flights or other.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION

With the exception of your international air tickets, reservation confirmation and travel itinerary that will be send to you by e-mail, all documentation relating to your travel (including your hotels, transfers & activities vouchers) will be delivered to you by the easyTahiti.com welcome team upon your arrival at Tahiti Airport.

Any claims arising out of our provision of products and services to you under these Booking Conditions will be governed by the law of French Polynesia and any legal action arising under the contract shall be litigated only in the appropriate Tribunal or Court having jurisdiction in French Polynesia. You irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the appropriate French Polynesian Tribunal or Court.
