The International Moorea Marathon 2008

Tahiti-Moorea marathon has existed since 1988. By becoming international, it now welcomes famous running champions who come to enjoy that very special race in a heavenly setting.

Experts consider this marathon, which is held on the island of Moorea as one of the finest in the world with over 2000 entrants from many nationalities.

This major running event has decided to increase its promotion abroad by partnership with easyTahiti.com. This parternship is giving runners the opportunity to benefit from taylor made vacations so they may easely enjoy running across the famous and magnificent Cook's and Opunohu Bay, which give this race such a special taste.

Perfect logistic : first Aid, refreshments and sponges stations located every 2,5 km and Tahitian music will be provided along the route and at the finish line.

One full week of entertainment - arts and crafts, cultural activities, will enable the runners to relax and enjoy the magnificent setting, this event offers several activities under the themes of Polynesian culture and sports.

International Moorea Marathon Vacations

As partner of the Moorea Marathon, we'll be on site in Moorea from Friday till Sunday to insure that each of you is spending a great time ! Some of our employee will also participate to the Marathon (or perhaps just the half Marathon... depending if our training program is doing well ;).
