Registrations are now opened in for the most exotic marathon destination in the world to be held on Moorea in Tahiti on February 7, 2009 : The 21st Tahiti Moorea Marathon International ( which also includes a half marathon and 5 km fun run).

The marathon is a combination of four days of activities, starting with the official opening on February 4 and entrants will be able to enjoy the many activities the island has to offer such as snorkeling and diving, whale watching and island picnics, and will be entertained by spectacular Polynesian cultural performances and dance shows.
