Olá Tatiana,

A nossa estada foi excelente.

Os hotéis do IC são excelentes. O hotel Thalasso é indescritível, tudo perfeito, a limpeza, a comida e o atendimento de todos. Com certeza a melhor hotel que já ficamos. Perfeito!

Fizemos dois passeios, um para visitar os tubarões e as arrais. Fomos com o Rai e sua filinha no passeio, com mais 1 casal, e o passeio foi excelente. Fomos muito bem atendidos e o passeio foi incrível. O nosso guia foi super 10, gentil e atencioso.

Na TOP DIVE tudo ocorreu bem, os horários foram igualmente cumpridos. Não temos do que reclamar. O pessoal também foi super atencioso.

O nosso transfer também ocorreu perfeitamente, os horários sem 1 minuto de atraso.

Enfim, Tatiana, tudo foi perfeito e só temos que te agradecer, a você e a sua equipe!

Mais uma vez obrigada e tudo de bom para você. O seu trabalho foi excelente e certamente no futuro voltaremos. Agora teremos de trabalhar para ganharmos dinheiro, pois visitar o paraíso é muito caro!!!rsrsrsr

Já saímos do paraíso e chegamos no Chile, para amanha voltar ao Brasil.

Tatiana,
we had a fabulous time in Tahiti. We have traveled quite a bit and are telling friends that it is one of the most beautiful places on Earth. Can’t specify why over other places (Hawaii, Santorini in Greece) but it may be the water colors and water temp. The hotels were great..not new but exceptionally well maintained and staffed. The AC was not working well in Bora Bora and maintenance was there within hours to take care of it. The breakfasts were wonderful. We liked the sequence of going to Moorea first as we did more activities there.That left BB for twice daily kayaking and snorkeling.It is a very nice feature of the hotels to have the free kayaks. We are glad that we did the scuba on both islands, but only for the fish variety. Sad to say that the corals are not colorful. The journey back to AZ starting with the boat to airport, then 3 flights with layovers each place amounted to 22 hours. But we all four agreed with your advice that the midnight flight gave us the extra days in the islands. Oh, tho, we were tired!

We enjoyed going to different restaurants..you might want to emphasize the availability of the free pick ups.

One thing we think should be changed is that the hotels did not offer free internet. With the price of the room it should be free or at least built into the price. It is an irritant when hotels and public buildings all over the world offer free internet. Even MacDonalds does. We know it is not within your control but perhaps the message could be passed on.

Finally it was a pleasure working with you. Your responses to all our questions were timely and great.

Thank you easy tahiti! We had a wonderful honeymoon in french polynesia and I think we are so thankful we booked via the easytahiti website. Not only did we get a great deal on the hotels the agent was helpful in advising and prompt in responding to queries. Once again thank you and I will always recommend you to all the others who are wishing to go to frenchpolynesia based on seeing my photos on instagram.

A nossa viagem foi maravilhosa! Não tivemos problema com voos e reserva dos hotéis!
O Hotel Intercontinental Thalasso realmente nos surpreendeu positivamente! O atendimento, o bungalow, a comida, as áreas comuns… é tudo mundo bonito e bem feito! Contratamos os passeios pelo hotel e tudo funcionou muito bem!
Tivemos um problema no início da viagem, pois o meu marido torceu o pé! As equipes de concierge e do seguro viagem foram super atenciosas!
O Hotel Kia Ora também foi ótimo, tivemos 2 problemas no primeiro dia: alugamos uma scooter, no entanto, a scooter não estava disponível no horário e também tivemos que trocar de quarto a noite, pois o ar-condicionado não funcionava. Tirando isto, o resto também foi ótimo! Também contratamos os passeios pelo hotel!
O receptivo na chegada a Papeete, o hotel Intercontinental do Tahiti e o transfer hotel-aeroporto FAA também funcionaram perfeitamente!
Fiquei bastante satisfeita com os serviços da Easytahiti e do atendimento que você e Amélia nos deram durante o planejamento da viagem! Certamente recomendarei vocês a outras pessoas que tenham interesse de viajar para Polinésia Francesa!
Agradeço a atenção dada durante os últimos meses!

Foi tudo perfeito, não tivemos do qu reclamar!
Este lugar é mágico, e vcs são abençoados de morar nesta ilha!!!
Tudo foi muito bom, o hotel, a comida, o serviço, as pessoas muito receptivas e atenciosas.
A única dica que deixo à vcs é de indicar lugares ou o que fazer durante nossa estadia lá. Aqui no Brasil, vamos muito à bares e restaurantes e lá não sabíamos onde ir…fomos um dia no bloody mary no almoço mas ficamos sabendo que o jantar é que é fantástico, mas foi no último dia…que pena…e também enquanto esperamos no aeroporto, não sabíamos o que fazer, se tinha lugar para comer os arredores, enfim….é só uma dica e não uma crítica!
Adoramos e recomendamos à todos os nossos amigos!!!

I am please to say that we had a very enjoyable trip to Bora Bora. The arrangements/flights all worked well, generally left and arrived close to schedule and the transfers were all smooth. The Inter-Continental La Moana met our expectations, as did Bora Bora as a vacation destination. This would certainly be a destination to which I would wish to return in the future.

I was also happy with your communication and information provided regarding the trip.

It’s so nice to hear from you! I came back last nightfrom my honeymoon and I can tell you it was just perfect!

I need to specially thank you for everything and for making that last minute changes in my reservation. You were always so kind and attentive and that is priceless! Thank you, Tatiana!

Our days in French Polynesia were unforgetable and perfect. We loved the hotels, the service and the activities you booked for us. We realized that those activities were realy the best ones. The shark and ray feeding was the best!

You can be sure that I’ll refer Easy Tahiti and you to my friends who want to go to French Polynesia.
