Transfers from Airports to your accommodations:
TAHITI ISLAND:
Your round trip minibus transfers from Tahiti Airport to your resort will be booked in accordance to your international and inter-island flights schedule, these will be operated by our transportation company on Tahiti: "Tahiti Transports".
FIRST TRANSFER AT YOUR ARRIVAL AT TAHITI AIRPORT:
A representative of our transportation company will wait for you at your arrival at Tahiti Airport, next to the easyTahiti.com signage (after going through custom please take the "visitors" exit, and you'll see your names written on our signage), to transfer you to your hotel.
SECOND TRANSFER FROM YOUR HOTEL TO TAHITI AIRPORT:A representative of our transportation company will wait for you at your hotel lobby, holding a sign with your name written on it, to transfer you to Tahiti Airport. The pickup time will be communicate to you during your first transfer by your driver.

MOOREA ISLAND:
Your round trip minibus transfers from Moorea Airport to your resort are booked in accordance to your inter-island flights schedule, these will be operated by our transportation company on Moorea: "Torea Nui".
FIRST TRANSFER AT YOUR ARRIVAL AT MOOREA AIRPORT:
A representative of our transportation company will wait for you at your arrival at Moorea Airport, you'll see your names written on a signage handled by your driver. You'll then be transfered you to your hotel.
SECOND TRANSFER FROM YOUR HOTEL TO MOOREA AIRPORT:
A representative of our transportation company will wait for you at your hotel lobby, holding a sign with your name written on it, to transfer you to Moorea Airport. The pickup time will be communicate to you during your first transfer by your driver.

When booking with us, you'll get the assistance of one of our Travel Consultants in case you have any question regarding your booking. Your personal Travel Consultant will be available from Mondays till Fridays between 8am and 5pm to help you make the most of your precious vacation time.You'll benefit about our local travel assistance during your vacation, reachable 7 days a week, 24H a day. We stay just a local phone call away from you, in case you need us.

Modifications and Cancellation Waiver:
The "Modification and Cancellation Waiver" is included in your vacation package: no modifications or cancellation fees for itinerary changes until 30 days prior to date of departure.Modify or cancel, until 30 days prior to date of departure, any part of your booking without paying the normally assessed modification and cancellation charges. The Waiver is not insurance. The Waiver does not cover international flights, cruises, fishing or yacht charters, optional tours, lost or stolen airline tickets, changes in occupancy for accommodations or services.

Requests:
You've the possibility to send special requests regarding each component of your vacation package, to do so, follow the booking process until the checkout page. Enter your requests on the lower part of the page, in front of the corresponding component. Confirm your booking online. One of our Travel Consultants will make sure your request is passed to the corresponding suppliers and will send you the supplier feedback by e-mail.

Taxes:
All fares are all taxes included except city tax (150XPF or approx. 1,7USD/day/person) which has to be paid directly at the hotels during your stay.

Travel Documents:
Vouchers for hotels/transfers/activities and confirmed itinerary: will be sent to you by e-mail in less then 2 working days after full payment.
Print and give your vouchers to each corresponding supplier in exchange of their services.
International and inter-island flights e-tickets: will be sent to you by e-mail in less then 5 working days after full payment.
Print the e-tickets and present those at the Airlines Check In Counters with your passports to check-in your flights.
Please ensure your names are correct AS THEY APPEAR ON YOUR PASSPORTS. Name changes resulting in the reissuing of tickets will incur a 10.000XPF per person charge.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
Per our General Terms and Conditions, to firmly book your vacation a first payment equal to 35% of the total package price is required at the time of booking.
The remainder then is payable at 45 days prior to departure.
For bookings occuring less then 45 days prior to the departure date, the full payment is required at the time of booking.

ONLINE SECURE PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD:
To firmly book your vacation package, follow the booking process until the checkout page and click on the "Proceed to payment" button. You'll be redirected to a secure webpage, enter your credit card details and confirm your booking. No payment will be automatically done. Your deposit or full payment will be proceed manually after confirmation of your itinerary. You'll then receive your travel documents by e-mail.

We remind you that:
- Saved itineraries are valid 48H.
- Payment will occur in French Pacific Francs (XPF), taking in account the daily exchange rate between the currency used for your booking and the French Pacific Francs (XPF) from the Bank of Tahiti.

- All visitors to the South Pacific require a passport.
