Le Méridien Bora Bora's offers guests exclusive island accomodations with overwater and beach bungalows, each refined with French flair and Polynesian style, perched over the turqoise lagoon with glass-bottomed floors for an enduring view of the marine life below.
Le Meridien Bora Bora offers five categories of bungalows: Beach, Overwater, Premium, Pool Beach Suites and Pool Beach Villas. The resort has 99 air-conditioned bungalows, 85 of which are suspended over the water and 81 offer glass-bottomed floors for viewing tropical marine life.
All accommodations have French Polynesian decor and natural wood fittings, with decorative elements of coral and shell. Decks feature lounge chairs and direct access to the lagoon or beach. Beds are topped with mosquito netting and flanked by bedside tables. TVs offer cable/satellite programming, local and French channels, and CNN.
Bathrooms have separate tubs and showers and separate toilets. The tubs are situated under louvered windows, which can be opened for lagoon views. A drink and cold towel are provided on arrival.
Centered within the resort's private inner lagoon, the Le Méridien Bora Bora's Turtle Sanctuary has become a haven for the endangered hawksbill turtles where guests are able to experience a swim with these magnificent creatures and learn about their marine life.

Le Meridien Bora Bora has one of the finest candlelit ambience dining experiences in Bora Bora at the Le Tipanie restaurant, of which features themed buffets each night with Polynesian, Asian and Western cuisine.
Set overlooking the resort’s interior lagoon, the restaurant welcomes guests in a stylish and original setting. A la carte dinner and several buffets are offered in different themes, with creative menus updated weekly.
The Te Ava Restaurant
Te Ava restaurant is located poolside, offering dining with your feet in the sand amid a delightfully relaxed atmosphere. This kick-back beach restaurant is reminiscent of a traditional Tahitian village, with the perfect ambiance for romantic lunches as well as relaxed dinners.

The Premium Over-water Bungalows are ideal for travelers seeking romance, privacy, or both. These bungalows boast the best views in the resort, all the facilities mentioned above, and the additional advantage of being located at the end of the dock a very quiet location. The Pool Beach Suites keep the same characteristics from the Beach Bungalows but offer a large terrace and swimming pool. These Bungalows are located along the private interior lagoon and can accommodate up to 5 guests (adults or adults + children). For child safety purposes, the pool can be covered.


The Pool Beach Villas are ideal for families or groups of friends. These new villas, inaugurated in 2009, feature 2 separate bedrooms, and a large living room overlooking a private terrace and swimming pool. Located steps from the turtle sanctuary, these villas are also along the private interior lagoon and can accommodate up to 8 persons (adults or adults + children). For child safety purposes, the pool can be covered.
